All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all purchases from Decantoir are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Why All Sales Are Final

Fragrances are intimate, personal-care products that come into direct contact with skin. Once a product has been shipped, we cannot verify that it has been stored properly or remains uncontaminated. To protect the health and safety of all our customers, and to guarantee the authenticity and integrity of every product we sell, we maintain a strict final sale policy.

This policy is standard across the fragrance decant and sample industry and ensures that every product you receive from us is fresh, sealed, and authentic.

Exceptions

While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our products. We will work with you to resolve the following situations:

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives with broken vials, leaking sprays, or visible damage caused during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will reship the affected item(s) at no cost.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive a fragrance that does not match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect product.

Missing Items

If your order arrives incomplete or items are missing from your package, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will reship the missing item(s) promptly.

Lost in Transit

If tracking shows your package is lost or has not been updated for 10+ business days, we will file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue store credit at our discretion.

What Is NOT Eligible

Buyer's remorse or change of mind
Fragrance does not smell as expected
Opened or used products
Orders older than 48 hours past delivery
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We process and ship orders quickly — often within hours. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the final sale policy applies.

Cancellation requests received before shipment will be honored with a full refund to the original payment method.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in the dispute being contested with all relevant documentation, including tracking information and delivery confirmation.
