Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take? +
Most orders ship within one business day. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days within the U.S. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes! All orders over $59 qualify for free standard U.S. shipping. Orders under $59 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.
How can I track my order? +
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Do you ship internationally? +
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future — sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.
Products & Authenticity
Are your fragrances 100% authentic? +
Absolutely. Every fragrance we sell is guaranteed 100% authentic. We source directly from authorized distributors and never sell imitations or knockoffs.
What sizes do you offer? +
We offer sample vials (1–2 ml), travel sprays (5 ml and 10 ml), and select full-size bottles. This lets you try a fragrance before committing to a larger size.
How long does a sample vial last? +
A 1 ml sample vial provides approximately 10–15 sprays, which is usually enough for several wearings. A 5 ml travel spray provides around 50–65 sprays.
Can I request a specific fragrance? +
We're always expanding our collection! If there's a specific fragrance you'd like to see, reach out to our customer service team and we'll do our best to add it.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? +
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
What if my order arrives damaged? +
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How long do refunds take to process? +
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. It may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.
Do I need an account to place an order? +
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save favorites, and check out faster on future purchases.
How do I use a promo code? +
Enter your promo code in the discount field at checkout and click "Apply." The discount will be reflected in your order total before payment.
